ABOUT
About Me
Liuxiang Tan Jeremy Tan A Computer Science undergraduate based in the Greater Bay Area, China.
Exploring software, AI, and the systems behind modern technology.
Introduction
I’m Jeremy Tan, a Computer Science undergraduate currently studying at
City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan)
, a joint program between mainland China and Hong Kong SAR.
I am building my foundation through coursework, personal projects, and continuous exploration.
My focus is on turning ideas into practical and well-structured systems,
while gradually developing a deeper understanding of both theory and implementation.
What I’m Doing
At the moment, I am strengthening my fundamentals in computer science,
including data structures, operating systems, and software engineering.
Alongside academic work, I actively build projects to apply what I learn,
ranging from backend systems to web applications and small tools.
Interests
My interests include software engineering, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
I am particularly interested in how systems are designed,
and how software can be built to solve real-world problems
in a structured and efficient way.
Approach
I value clarity, structure, and continuous improvement.
Rather than only learning concepts, I prefer to build, experiment,
and refine ideas through practice, gradually forming a deeper understanding
of both theory and real-world implementation.
Beyond Tech
Outside of computer science, I explore photography, fitness, traveling, and music. These experiences help shape how I observe the world and approach problems.
You can explore my projects to see what I’ve been building, or visit my notes to follow my learning journey.
