My 2 cents
Having spent my early years in Tampines, it certainly has transformed into an established township we all know today. Malls sprung up, established companies and banks settling into offices, plenty of schools, new stadium and hub centre. It brings great convenience to residents of Tampines and potential home buyers considering this area. Treasure at Tampines is worth considering if you are looking to stay. The layouts are extremely efficient. facilities are comprehensive and most families would love them. However I would consider carefully if buying for investment, especially on the smaller units. One for it is not near any MRT station, tenants may have better choices with those near MRT. Two, competition for rental would be intense as the sheer number of units of this development.
